Hold name - Ald Baraz - Old Promise
Hold King: - High Thane Fulgrim Orchammer
Population: - 1000 in the First Deep, 832 in the Second Deep, 500 in the Third Deep and 700 mixed forces in the forth deep, though this is constantly changing due to the repetitive assaults and raids by the Orc tribes in the Badlands. Includes several minor clans who work as miners and almost all other sorts of work, except armor- and weapon smithing as well as the work including runes and writing.
Hold Influence: - Moderate and increasing slowly
Hold Settlement: - Moderate settlement
Hold Location: - In the western mountainrange in the Badlands, it is located near the top of the range.
Hold Uniformity: - The mutual agreed colour is green, though one of the dominant clans prefers a red colour for their cloaks while the other stays with the green.
Description: - The hold was founded by the original High Thane Stornz Goldtooth. He was the one to clear out the 'abandoned' giant's cave for the inhabiting greenskin and ordered his miners and masons to build his and the future generations a magnificent hold. During the construction several Orc raids took place. In one grave battle both Stornz and his only son Karnaz, both fell after defeating a giant Orc chieftain. Now a 200 feet tall statue of both father and son guards the entrance to main gate which is carved into the mountainside. Over time several minor clans have joined the hold and expanded the inner halls, but two major clans now share the rule of the keep, letting a council of Longbeards choose the High Thane from two prospective sons from each clan. As the miners have dug deeper into the mountain the usual silvery colour of the metal has vanished and a much darker metal has taken it's place. This helps them gain influence as this is one of a few places where this has occured. This also means that the only lighter coloured weapons and armor is that of those who wield family heirlooms into battle. The hold has taken it upon themselves to train Slayers and mainly live off of industry and trade, though the standing army is quite large and keeps gaining numbers as young dwarfs join the armed forces in hope of glory, fighting the Greenskins.

Karak Drakbar + Craze_b0i
-Hold Name- Karak Drakbar = Dragongate Mountain
Hold King: Grimbold
Population: - smaller hold
Hold Influence: - Moderate
Hold Settlement: - Modest size
Hold Location: - Northeast of Karaz-a-Karak, north of The Silver Road (halfway across the mountains)
Hold Uniformity: - Rampant gold dragon on purple background
Description: - Karak Drazbar is one of the most eastern dwarf holds still standing. A small frontier hold on the very edge of civilisation, surrounded by hostile goblin tribes. Despite this they maintain a tenuous link to Karaz-Karak and The Silver Road across nearly a hundred miles of dangerous terrain. The hold itself produces a rare type of precious stone named 'Purple Freya' (after an ancient queen) that is not found anywhere else in the world. On the surface the dwarfs once dominated the entire valley outside their mountain, but nowadays the handful of remaining farm settlements are all clustered within a couple of miles of the main gates to the hold. The bands of rangers that defend them are forced to fight a near-continuous guerilla war against the local goblin tribes. Balthor, the crown prince, was recently captured by a tribe of marauding goblins from a lost hold to the east. King Grimbold has offered a reward for his rescue.

Khazad Drekazbar (Mywaz)
Hold Name: Kazad Drekazbar - "The Last gate"
Hold King: Mywaz Drekazbar
Population: Around 5000
Hold Influence: Initially high, cut off during time of troubles and only recently reestablished contact with outsiders.
Hold settlement: Underground fortress, surface fortified farming community and extensive defensive watchtower network.
Hold location: Fortress is under a long extinct volcano in a spur of the foothills of the Worlds Edge Mountains South East of Karak Vlag, deep in the Eastern wastes.
Hold Uniformity: Dark Red/Green and Grey - symbol is a gate under a stylized broken peak.
Description: During the height of Dwarf expansion in the World's Edge Mountains, a long arm of the Undgrin Ankor was dug deep into the Eastern Wastes to serve those clans who wished to explore what lay beyond. The Drekazbar - "the Last Gate" was built both to protect the underways from incursion and to welcome home the intrepid explorers. When it became clear that those clans had been lost, Mannaz, a very minor member of the royal clan of Karaz a Karak (a great warrior but a notorious womanizer - reason enough for the long-beards to put him aside) was given the dubious honor of guarding this barren outpost. Mannaz swore a great oath to hold the gate until such time as the Dwarfs could march out and exterminate their fallen kin and took the surname "Drekazbar". During the time of troubles the hold was all but lost, reduced to a few hundred Dawi barricaded in the hall behind the Gate itself and completely cut off from contact for five hundred years. Due to extreme isolation, the dwarfs of Kazad Drekazbar have to produce their own food, but the ancient caldera of the extinct volcano under which the hold was built has proven very fertile, and the hold has regrown. At this stage, Clan Drekazbar has established an extensive network of watchtowers linked by shallow tunnels to defend the hold from the East, and is now working to clear and repair the Underway p"I swear too much"age back to the West. Recently contact has been made with trade caravans, and the current King, Mywaz Drekazbar is planning an expedition to the East to reestablish links with the other holds and learn what has become of the Great Dwarven Empire. Due to it's long and honored history of Runesmithing, being a Rune Forge and the Clan Hold of a Runesmithing Clan, and innovation in the field of Runes, the Hold also has strong and healthy relations with the Runesmiths from all over the Old World. Apart from these areas, however, the hold is respected but has no influence whatsoever.

Hold Influence: None. The hold has just been reclaimed from the grobi filth and awarded to the Ironbeard clan in the winter of 2507 by King Kazador of Karak Azul.
Hold Settlement: - Small Settlement
Hold Location: The fortress sits just northwest of Karak Azul in route to Karak Eight Peaks about 1/3 of the distance between.
Hold Uniformity: Navy Blue and Sea Green
Description: A fortified forge and mine, Zhuf Kazad A Karak Azul was notable for it's unique architecture. Built into the side of a cliff, it uses the waters of four different mountain springs to power the forges, the brewery, and create a natural defense against the outside world. Now in a state of disrepair, the fortress is a shadow of its former glory. The Ironbeards and allied clans work ceaselessly to restore and clean the grobi filth from the hold. Most notable feature of the hold is the entrance, the gate is in the shape of Grungni with a waterfall of spring water creating his beard. This waterfall can be controlled to flood the causeway leading to the fort in times of war.
