Okay, I hope GW reads this because their sales are suffering and I have some ways they can improve their company:

#1 Release Books in Timely Manner: It takes so long for GW to catch up with their current edition, we still have 4 books that are stuck nearly 2 editions back. This makes people lose interest in their armies and move on to other hobbies. If GW were to release army books faster then players would be much happier and more willing to stay with the hobby. And this ties directly into #2.

#2 Balance the Books: Now I understand that armies need to have strong powerful units, but it is becoming ridiculous. Several armies are just far too broken, and it leaves other armies in the dust. For example, the Empire used to be a high tier selling army, but according to several hobby store owners, they couldnt give Empire away. Same goes for Orcs and Goblins, and even Dwarves. Thats not to mention the fact that Wood Elves are the worst selling army of all according to store owners sales records that I have personally seen. Making armies broken, or making their lists abuseable, you alienate players whose armies have been neglected in newer editions. Making sure that every army has the potential to be broken, actually makes them balanced because it allows everyone to have a strong powerful list.

#3 Lower Fig Prices: I get the need to get your money for the minis GW produces, but they cannot expect a hobby/game to sell well in tough times if they keep increasing the damned prices of their models. All this does is makes people look for cheaper ways to play the game or completely switch to another game all together. You cannot increase prices like GW does and expect stellar sales. Either Freeze prices or lower the prices by 20%.

#4 Customers Come First: I plea with GW to come to the forum's, Bugmans, Warhammer Empire, Da War Path, Warseer, and so forth and listen to what the players are saying. As a consumer sales company the opinions of the said consumers are critical. If you go about making a game how you and your buddies would like it to be and ignore customers, you will obviously have your sales suffer. Register and Join the forums, and see what the majoirty of players are saying, and maybe you will change the rules for the flame cannon and people may acutally buy the damned thing, because I wont be buying one while its still a piece of junk. Listen to the Customer put their needs first, that is how companies stay strong.

And thats all the grumbling I have for today on this subject.
