The map of Aqshy shows the Great Parch region to be just a small spot on the realm. I think most stories we have heard in Aqshy take place in just this small area. So the realms are big.

Yes, they are nigh infinite in their size. Which is mostly good but gives GW excuses to write something like "millions of orruks or skaven" which I find rather hilarious
