The Magmadroth is my favorite, I love the base for it as well.

Nice army. My main problem with the magmadroth as a model is that it seems to lack life, you brought it to life pretty good though! Good looking units. The copperbreakers are refreshing :)

Aye, models rock, keep it up! And I second in the magmadroth, he is the best.

Model can not lack life if it's unpainted, only painting brings it to life and so magmadroth can not be an exception.

Nice to see all those old artillery pieces. I've got a Goblin-Hewer too, and I'm hoping to use it sometime.

Could not disagree more. An unpainted model can be very alive depending on how it's sculpted and what pose it has. For the magmadroth, unpainted it is completely dead to me. So I must agree with you on the part where a paintjob can add life, but on a better model, it would have been even more lively :)

There are always better models, of course. But unpainted ones remain dead, it's like a picture - just a moment in time, but a painted one is like a human, alive and kicking. Magmadroths lack dynamics to some extent, but puck a punch nevertheless.

Very nice work! I especially like your choice of colours, green is not usually seen on them and contrasts greatly with other colors. Keep it up :)

Just finished my second magmadroth. Runeson this time. Not sure if i like how bright the purple is but i figured it seperates the two of them.
@Ragnar Alpaca: I did the base for this one but i bought the other base for the runefather from a company called "Player Created"
