I'd be really keen to get some test paints too, write a review/suggest feedback, etc.

 

I'm UK based, and paying by paypal works very well for me.

 

I know the consensus seems to be for dropper bottles, I actually really like pots (I prefer the p3 pots to the GW ones). Maybe it is  just me, but I always end up slurping a load more paint onto the palette than I intended with the bottles.

 

Also, again perhaps unusually, I actually prefer thick paint, and thin it down afterwards. Basically, it is much easier to thin thick paint, than thicken thin paint, and thin paint seems more likely to have coverage problems, in my experience, anyway.

 

Also, it might be a minor point, but I'd like clear caps - I store my paint in a box, and often end up rummaging around for the colour I need. I've gone and painted the lids of the non-see-through pots, but if it were no bother for the manufacturer, I'd rather just have clear lids. Just a trivial point, but there we go.

 

I realise that these things might just be me!

I myself like the P3 pots ( I am an old-schooler and remind me of my first paints). I was thinking of offering both options at some point.

 

Thick paint is something relative. We intend to have a nice thickness but not too thick. something of a perfect balance

 

For the clear caps/lids... this is something hard at the moment. If we get to produce a huge number of bottles (huge interest by all the painters out there) then this might be possible. Otherwise we have to stick to the already available on the market empty bottles.

Update:

Paint formulation is finished for now.

I am waiting on the delivery of the empty pots.

Once that is done I will all let you know from this topic probably.

It is a very varied range of colours too. I might have liked to see some browns in there, but that might be me.... What made you choose the colours you did?

 

I'm afraid I'm going on holiday tomorrow for a fortnight, but I still should be able to paypal you for these (though I'm not sure...)

The colors were selected as basic colors (sort of).

Also they are the ones i have finished the formulation.

 

 

no need to hurry to purchase these. more sets are on their way.
