[Big brother]

After finally starting to paint dwarfs with the new army book, I have finally completed my first unit.  Snow based great weapon quarrellers.

Also, is there any knowledge of a hold in the grey mountains with the red/brown color scheme?  Thanks!

I really like your snow base scheme. What product/s did you use?

I used the Woodlands Scenics Scene-o-Rama winter product. But I think it is basically white glue mixed with model snow, with model snow dusted on top.

Nice strong colour scheme here. I really like the snow bases. My own (still growing) throng also uses snow, but mine is thicker with the idea that the throng is holding a mountain pass with deep snow drifts. Your way adds a lot of interest to the miniatures though, so the bases become part of the overall effect rather than just something to display the figure on. Good job
