I totally agree Justin. Even compared to Pit of Shades, it's crazily powerful. All the enemy wizard has to do is get 2 sizes on 6 dice. 20 guys AUTOMATICALLY dead. Even Pit of Shades you have to roll an initiative test. Here's my idea for Dreaded 13th:
It remains exactly the same, but its casting score is 60+. So you have to get 60 or more when rolling to cast it. Impossible, right? Exactly. So you HAVE to get IF. And then when rolling the miscast table, you minus 2 from the score (more likely to get the really bad miscast).
