1500p list with a new book.

1. Runesmith SHIELD (R of Spellbreaking, MR of Gromril) general

It looks good to me, but is there any reason for the 2x Fire other than just having the ring? The ring is cheaper, right?

You could drop the second Rune smith for an engineer with the ring of thori and entrench the OG and give it a further +1 to hit.

Yes, you can not have two of the same magic item in an army, unfortunately.

Since OG uses the BS that's a good thing to do.
But I really want two R of Spellbreaking in list.

Not an easy choice.

You'll need another talismanic rune on one of your runesmiths.  You can't have the same combination of talisman runes (ie. 1 rune of spellbreaking) on both.  I'd suggest the rune of furnace purely because it is cheap.

I was thinking just the same. But, wouldn't the difference be that with the Runes you also have the flaming attacks in cc? (not saying that's worth 15pts, just to clarify )

Correct.  It would still be cheaper to take the ring and a single rune of fire though.

stuff always intent to pops up.
