With the start o f my new Clan I am looking for some good scenic bases for my dwarves. I picture my dwarves retaking ancestral grounds so either ruins or or dwarf hall like stuff that I can put gravel over is what I am after. I did some searching but came up empty handed. I found a few things but not in the right size. Does anyone have any suggestions?

If you're willing to put some time into it, a Dremel tool and some wood can make amazing things.  :smiling:

How did you do this... and is there a template that you trace out the design?

I did a "freehand drawing ", cut, took a negative and made a positive. ;-)
Simple and effective. If someone, lazy enough, wants resin copies... PM me O:-)

Probably an easier way would be to use modelling clay (the stuff you bake in oven) Anyway roll out to right size thickness and then draw design on and just carve out.

Am is missing seeing them?

Mine Will be wendersnaven. ;-)
Dazza... Yep but... Not if you want to have both bases and movement base with the same decoration.

Sweetness.  I'm going to get some pics tonight of a failed plan I had.  I tried putting cobblestones down, but they were too round/bumpy and my hammerers kept breaking off of them. Since I didn't want them all at static slotta angles, I cut the tabs.  The idea I have is ... unique ... but if you are making magnetic scenics, I'll share the idea with you.

I'll shoot you a P.M. in a few. Just need to get to my stuff and take pics.
