It looks like I will be going down there on this coming Tuesday or Wednesday. My wife insists she needs a new car, so I'm letting her take it for a nice drive to Nottingham with me along for the ride - I'm so kind.

Anyone who wants one of the bar-exclusive models, at cost, let me know - I'll also need to know where you live, obviously.

Does anyone know if the food at Bugman's is any good?

The new Bugman model is £15.
The older models are apparently both available still and cost £10.50.

I think all three models are now finecast.

*edit* I'll keep a running list of people and what they want here, so people know what I think is the current total:

Runemaster - new model and Bugman on two barrels. - money received via paypal.
Eskabar - new model and Bugman with stool/axe (only if old one isn't finecast). - money received via paypal
Trojan - Limited Edition Pocket Watch, Bugmans Hip Flask, 2012 Bugmans Model, Bugmans Water Bottle - Items paid for via paypal, postage to follow.
Mojoslayer - Most recent Bugman model - paypal received.
Passagier - First Bugman and most recent one. - paid via paypal
Bear rider - New Bugman - paid
Grezz - New Bugman - paid

The food at Bugmans isn't the best, but isn't bad either. It's not somewhere I'd go to eat, but rather somewhere convenient to grab a bite mid-event, which I guess is what it's there for! In short, look at the prices, compare it to pub-grub you'd get for a similar price from a place that doesn't specialise in food, and you'll be in the right ball-park.

Enjoy the trip!

I definately want a new one, I'm located in Canada, so I'm aware shipping might get a little bit expensive! I'll send a PM over

Aye bugman's food is so-so, Americanised pub food that's pretty expensive. I'm sure some places are more expensive but coming from Yorkshire as I do, it dunt cost owt for a bag a taters and yet the chips are frozen. All in all warhammer world is easily worth a visit, just enough to see and stroll around for an afternoon. If I were coming from farther afield I might argue they could have a bigger display area upstairs and a few more rooms to see but all in all it's a fun half day out!

Is any of you lads planning a trip to warhammer world anytime soon? I would love a bugman as well, and a bugman cup.
Greetings,
Cirrus

I have one of the leather tankards from Bugmans, price wise they are very good value and they are great to drink an ale from :D

All in all I was quite pleased with the stuff available from the Bugmans shop being nicely priced (amazingly for GW) just there was too much GW naff branding and not enough awesome Bugmans branding

I would like to know that as well, I'm interested in some of the models and maybe another item or two. Must have been some pesky goblin that turned my attention away so I missed this opperunity. :(

True, but the Cajun Chicken burger and the Gut Buster were pretty good!

Hope you enjoyed your trip whatawittyname. ;-)
