Most of these are from 7th edition and in no particular order:
1) Killing Skarsnik in turn one with a cannon shot after he failed his LOS! roll.
2) Two of my goblin archers, the rest of their unit decimated, fighting an ogre tyrant hero thing (?). They not only held off the big-bellied brute for an extra turn, but put two, yes TWO wounds on him, before they died.
3) An epic battle against my White Dwarf and Grimgor Ironhide. We decided to pit them against each other since most of the rest of the army was decimated. They fought for 3 turns. The last turn, I had one wound left and needed to roll a single 4+ on my ward or else I'd die. Everyone gathered around and the die seemed to roll forever. When it finally landed, it was a FOUR! Yay! Then Grombrindal did his thang and took off Grimgor's last wound in return, thus winning the battle.
4) With my Bretonnian army, I was pitted against this toss-pot who hadn't lost a game in about two months with his full dryad Wood Elf army. It was my first time against him, and he'd been badmouthing me prior to the game. I don't play to win, so I took a new unit I won at a sweepstakes (the Grail Relique) just for fun. Didn't add any extra battle pilgrims to it or anything and didn't expect it to do anything. I laid it out on the table and he was like "Heh! What's that? You know for the $80+ you spent on that you could've bought something else better!" (Didn't tell him I'd won it). So the game commences. His general's unit rolls on up to my battle line from the right flank - the peasant bowmen are left behind and my knights are too far ahead on the left flank to engage, so it looks as though the dryads will sweep through behind me and corner me. All that stands in the way is the Grail Relique. They get charged in the flank. Six battle pilgrims and the relique hold up that unit for 3, yes THREE, turns, enough time for my knights to sweep through his left flank, swoop around and get the general's unit in the side. They promptly spank his army and you should've seen his face when we was rolling the dice for saves and stuff seeing his army die. I held my immense enjoyment at bay.
5) My unit of 12 grail knights defeating a full unit of ushabti in the flank, tomb king chariots in the front and later skeleton archers in the other flank! Only lost 5 knights for all that!

I had a very similar experience!
A friend of mine was playing dark elves and had deployed General on the dragon: it has happened a few years ago, in the sixth edition
First round: dragon and general killed with war machines, I thank the runes (especially Flakkson

Oh I almost forgot! This was back in 7th edition but it was awesome!
First Turn; My Grudge Thrower hitting Archaon, who failed his ward save and died!
My opponent gave up!

Calling "broken arrow" on Teclis and letting him and the unit of swordmasters he was in have the full force of my artillery. Two grudge throwers, two cannons and an organ gun. All hit, Teclis was red mist, all the swordmasters were dead and my dwarf lord nearly fell off his shield because even his bearers were high fiving each other.

I played a High Elf player the other day and he got off Purple Sun on first turn with irresistible force but misfired and killed his level 4 mage. By the end of the second turn my warmachines had killed his lord on a dragon and probably a third of his troops while I hadn't lost one model, he gave up about then. It was the quickest game I've played.

Stupid Purple Suns! What model was he aiming at?

He was going for my block of 40 hammerers. If he had not misfired it really would have hurt.

I already have an entry in this thread, but I thought of another favorite moment from several years ago (I think 6th edition). I used to play Lizardmen, and my usual opponent was the local champ who stomped me in 90% of our games and won a minor victory in the other 10%.
In this game, I wanted to give him a surprise and added a magic item giving 9" movement to a Scar Veteran with a great weapon. My army had no shooting and only a skink mage. My opponent played TK. He ran his wizard/general up to about 16" from my main battle line (outside of regular charge range) to blast me with spells. The Scar Veteran charged 18" out of his unit, hit with every attack, and beat the enemy general to a pulp in one turn. My opponent immediately called the game, packed up his models, and asked me to run them over in my car. I declined. The TK were sold within the week.

My favourite moment was of a different taste, I played Bretonians, and my Grailknights were attacked by a Unit of Skelettons, not only di he manage to wound my 8 knights 8 times, no I manged to role eight 1ns in front of the whole shop. At that moment i started to histericaly laugh and the rest of the game is shrouded by mist ( I lost terribly but my opponent was probably thinking that i had gone mad :D), I know its not the happiest moment by everytime I look back I start to giggle.
