This next picture is my army after deployment but before the pre-battle phase in the siege rules. The young man on the right side of the photo is Elithmar of Lothern (Andrew). He was my opponant for most of day 2 as his forces were arrayed across from mine.

The wall section ajoining the ruined tower was one of the objectives that we had to take and control in order to win the battle. There were 3 objectives in total. The next picture is of Dourin and Thane Morgans forces after deployment. There is only 1 siege tower as the wicked elves destroyed one with the special siege rules they purched, Sally Forth. They also managed to kill one of my cannons and with the double shooting phase that followed managed to take out a few more of our war machines.

This last picture is or my troops after my Strollas move. (edit) this may actually be after my first movement phase and the longbeards and shield warriors have already declared charges on the wall and tower. (edit2) As I look at it my longbeards are on the wall so this must be after combat on turn 1. I used this so I could charge the walls and tower on turn 1. This worked out well for us as I was able to capture the wall and secure the first objective. I did not succeed in taking the tower on turn 1 but I did on turn 2...

It is difficult to see what is behind the walls, Andrew had a unit of 10ish white lions, 5 or 6 Dragon princes, a unit of spears maybe 30 strong and a unit of archers on the wall. He also had a level 3 Archmage and a bolt thrower. The bolt thrower was destroyed during our pre-battle bombardment. I had many more points, but had to worry about the relief force arriving, which included 2 units of elyrion riders, 3 chariots, a lord on a dragon, a unit of dragon prices and a unit of silver helms. Not something you want to see appear on your flank or in your rear. The unit on the left is a unit of White lions moving over from High Elfs area to assist with the defense of the flank. Anyways, more pictures to come later
This next picture is, I think, After the dwarf movement in turn 3. In andrews previous turn he had placed an eagle in front of my Ironbreakers, so I charged it, destroyed it and overran into his Dragon princes. My GW warriors are poised to flank the while lions when they flank me and I have secured the tower. I have also been repelling the White lions on the left side and am poised to charge them with my small unit of 20 GW warriors (used my miner minis).

And here we are near the end of the battle and what it look slike from Andrews point of view.

I have to say, Andrew rolled 5 leadership tests with his elves at critical moments and rolled 10,11 or 12 each time. He was a very good sport and did not let this get him down though. If those rolls had gone in his favor, things would look very different.
This next photo shows the arrivel of the relief force on turn 3. Given our time restraints, we should have had it enter on turn 2 automatically.

It seems I forgot to take a picture of the first turn of combat with the relief force. This shows it having defeated a large unit of shield dwarves and pressing on. IT was also engaged with the Anvil of doom and a War machine of Thane Morgans. Unfortunatly this is where we had to stop due to time. I took control of the Relief force as James and Matt had to leave early. (I think James had an elvish poetry reading and Matt had to count his treasure horde)

Im sure the others have better pics of thier battles than I do. In addition they can explain what is happening in their sectors far better than I could.
