Many thanks to Baruke for all his hard work and patience with a difficult client. Cheers, dude!

This does look awesome. There is a lot of detail, lets hope the sculptor can convey it onto the green.

He's just mailed me now. I am sure there will be a number of areas that need some simplification due to the small scale, but so far, there's nothing here that phases him :)

Wow! bad A$$,,,is the idea with the helm that the dragons face would be the face shield? Ie. is the helmet in "open" position in this drawing?

Very cool!

John's stated that he'll try to do the sculpt so that the face plate (dragon head - EDIT: visor was the word I was looking for...) can be positioned open or closed. This mean's it'll be a seperate component to the main mini, but also means any of us getting more than 1 can have 2 different minis :)

Looks very brutal. You guys definitely must make a topic where everyone uploads a pic of their painted miniature.
..actualy, just throwing some ideas, that should be one of the monthly contests

If only GW would listen the same way Baruke did, I may actually buy some contemporary minis! ;)

This.
This is really awesome! I find it agreeable that the sculptor will try to make the visor poseable. For that, I will assuredly need to get multiple minis.
I think that the pose looks perfect as well, just right between bracing for action and brandishing his axe. The armor truly is the perfect balance of old and new (in terms of the model itself and how I imagine the Dwarfs would've originally styled their armor).

Great stuff!
