Special rules: Asrai Archery, Forest walkers, Woodland ambush, 'What the winds whisper'
Magic: Lv. 1 from the lore of heavens.
Armour of Skies:
Heavy armour. Also gives a 4+ wardsave
Blades of Skystrike:
Paired weapons. Always strikes first. Adittionally, when charging from high, this is on: a hill, a flying mount or a other suitable higher point, he recieves +1 strength.
'What the winds whisper':
+1 to cast and dispel lore of heavens spells.
Options: May ride Skyhoove (elven steed) for +16 points, may ride Startalon (great eagle) + 52 points or Heaven (forest dragon) + ..... points.

So fellow dawi, i hope you like my self made character, what do you think?
here are some quistions:
Is he balanced?
How much will a forest dragon cost? I find the cost for a normal dragon waaaay overpriced, i need a lowr value but i don't know how much.
For moderators:
I have edited the original costs for upgrades so don't worry about upgrade stealing.
For point costs:
Highborn stats: 1-5
Level 1 wizard: 3-
Armour, witch is equal to Armour of destiny: -5
The weapons: no idea.....
wind whispering: 30
Acces to cavalry: 5
Self made penalty: 15 (house rule of myself, it's fairer IMO)
Total so far: 275 (+ weapon, and if chosen + upgrade for mount)
