After playing the great RPG game Dragon Age: Origins I was struck by the fact that Dragon ages' dwarfs where so similar to GW's that I decided to start a DA:O-inspired dwarf army side/side w my regular army...
Currently I'm struggling to convert the infamous Legion of the DeadPosted Image (kinda' a mix of slayers and ironbreakers)
I would greatly appreciate any tips on how to convert these...

I would go with larger than average weapons and use green stuff to armor them up heavily with plate. As for paints try Tin Bits and Boltgun Metal.

maybe use an older set of models, im sure the older models have larger weapons/armour than the new ones... e.g. metal rangers
