Suddenly the Mordheim book is available as pdf on the GW site!
http://www.games-workshop.com/gws/content/article.jsp?catId=cat1290322&categoryId=1100010&section=&aId=5300009

For those of you that are real longbeards, and claiming to be a bit geeky:
How can this be interpreted?

Are GW planning an updated book, or giving up the game?

All I know is that I was really happy that I downloaded the Kislev-book while it was as PDF on the GW-site, because now it is gone.

If I am not mistaken the rulebook as been up for several years, atleast probably 4-5 years it was avaible as pdf on the old specialist games part of the site. So this is not new.

I think they know its still quite popular, we still play it sometimes in my gaming group, and they might consider it not being worth to sell the books again and just see it as they make profit for the mordheim miniatures.
So I would say they have kinda given up on the game its more up to us to continue it.
My hopes are that they keep the miniatures up for as long as possible, same with the other specialist games such as necromunda and blood bowl.

The sad part is as you say that they remove some pdf and for mordheim they have removed alot of pdf off their site.
But at the moment some google searching can come up with most of the pdfs.

Ups,
I must have wented into uncharted territory without knowing. I was really sure I had been poking around all over that place, and never found those files before.
