Surprisingly, there are more british than american members logged into the map, I always got the feeling there were many more americans.

Ironically, I got the feeling there were way more British/Europeans on the map. So far we look to be more even than I thought.

The Khemri forum is awful - very little Americas representation on the site. Have to wait overnight for forum post response a good portion of the time. assuming they answer at all.

Bugmans is awesome, everyone is friendly and very helpful.

Lookin at the map I live close (Ish) to Firmshaft and someone called "Sweaty Beastman" who lives in Wigan (I go there often to the JJB)

All,

By request I have made this post sticky. However, if someone asks I may have to unsticky it later. There are privacy and safety concerns with people who may be minors posting their location in an unrestricted public location where online predators may find them. I don't like it, but unfortunately it's a sad fact of our society that such individuals exist. I know many people don't consider such issues, but it is important to understand that there are possible unpleasant ramifications to sites like Frappr.

That said, I would recommend if you're going to use it to make sure only generic location infomation such as city, state, or province be provided so as to limit the amount of personal data available. The site is cool, but it needs to be used responsibly.

Cheers, Gary

Fully understood Gary. When I created it I was under the intention of using forum usernames and general locations (ie - city, country) not specific adresses.

If anyone wants to backtrack and change their details then they should have rights to do so. If not contact me and i'll do it for you...

I've added myself as well - using my forum name of course.

Kudos to you Gary for pointing out the security issue. A wise and responsible dwarf you are! Have a virtual ale...

Hehe, cheers faragrim. happy.png Remember, it's can get lonely when you're out campaigning/on a tournament on your own, so the company of a fellow dwarf and his clan to kick some ar*se is always appreciated. thumbsup.png
